Our surveyor takes photos take videos and photos of your property, write a detailed report of the status, follow up with the developer for missing items / work if need be, and email the report to you.
Furniture Package Surveillance Service (NEW)
We prepare a specialized snagging list for your furniture, purposing to verify
the furniture package's compliance with the terms and conditions agreed upon with the furniture company. We also check on the furnishing time schedule.
Also, the snagging list process wont be done through a random personal,
we are giving such a process a high priority thus it will be handled through our certified architect, who have been through such a process and have a very good experience and knowledge of it.
